Our warranty against defects in materials (leather and hardware such as snaps, zippers, buckles, rivets, etc.) and of course workmanship. Our leather, as with all natural materials, will occasionally have unique characteristics such as: small scars, creases and variations in the colors and are not considered defects. Validated warranty repairs are repaired or replaced at no charge.
Due to the nature of leather, our warranty does not cover natural wear and tear from daily love. Worn edges or corners, natural fading and softening of materials is an expected occurrence. We guarantee the foundation of our product will hold your belongings safely. We find that patches and natural wear are a part of the story that unfolds as your product grows with you.
Maintain your favourite leather pieces regularly to ensure soft and supple leather. Leather can be cleaned and restored with a regimen of leather care products designed to clean, condition and protect. Leather Care can help maintain your product longer. Please see our Leather Care page for more information. We recommend conditioning your leather at a minimum of every 6 months.
All orders are shipped via Pos Malaysia. We ship off every order only on Monday. Orders are not shipped on the public holidays. As a heads up, we’ll drop you an email to let you know when your order is dispatched.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it due to defects or incorrect order by our mistake, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your submission had been received, we will reply you via email within the next 3 working days and you shall send the item back to our workshop by then. Exchanges/return will only be entertained after we have approved your request via email. We will not be responsible for any exchange packages received without approved exchange/return requests.
